The live location updates when the key tracker is connected to your phone.
As soon as there is no connection, the app displays the last known location.
On Apple devices, the location is also updated via the Apple FindMy network. If other users are near your tracker, the location is shared with you anonymously. The others won't notice; only you will see the updated location.
The same principle applies to Android devices with the Find Thing network, although it is less widespread than the Apple network.
Our tracker map uses both the Apple Find My network and a native Android app to provide broad and accurate coverage for locating your valuables.
If the map is out of Bluetooth range of your device, it relies on the "Find My" network, which receives anonymous signals from nearby Apple devices, and similar mechanisms in the Android app to determine its location.
This information is then used to show you the location on a map. The map also offers the option of being found via a beep if it's in close proximity. Whether you're an iOS or Android user, our tracker ensures efficient and accurate location of your belongings.
If you lose the tracker card itself, the associated app on your smartphone not only allows you to see its last known location, but also notifies you if the card moves out of range (Apple only).
This notification feature is especially useful for taking quick action if the card is misplaced or lost. This way, you always know where your valuables are.
Only you can see where your item is. Your location data and history are never stored on the device itself. Devices that transmit your item's location remain anonymous, and that location data is end-to-end encrypted.

No, your key tracker doesn't come with a charging cable. However, it is 100% charged and will last for 3-4 months without recharging.
However, you can charge the tracker with our compact Mini Multi charging cable for on the go or any other USB-C charging cable.
